At Bare Rituals we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If you need to return a product, the following policy applies.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened
Unused
In their original packaging
In a resalable condition

Hygiene & Safety

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and body products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken, unless the item is faulty.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email hello@barerituals.co.uk with:

Your name
Order number
Details of the item you wish to return

Once your return has been authorised, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as Bare Rituals cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the item where possible

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Natural Product Variations

Bare Rituals products are made using natural oils and botanical ingredients. As a result, colour, scent and texture may vary slightly between batches. This is a natural characteristic of plant-based skincare and does not affect product quality.
