These Terms and Conditions apply to all services booked with Bare Rituals.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Us

Bare Rituals is a specialist waxing and skin treatment provider based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

2. Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be booked online or directly.

• Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment
• Your booking is only confirmed once payment (if required) is received
• Please ensure all booking details are correct at the time of booking

3. Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits may be transferred if sufficient notice is given (see cancellations below)
• Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in loss of deposit

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost

This policy is in place to protect appointment time and business operations.

5. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time
• If you are significantly late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show

6. No-Shows

• Clients who fail to attend without notice may be required to pay in full before booking again
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings

7. Health & Suitability

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns
• Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your condition
• Bare Rituals reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatment if necessary for safety

8. Treatment Results

• Results vary depending on individual skin and hair type
• Following aftercare advice is essential to achieve the best outcome
• Bare Rituals is not responsible for results affected by failure to follow aftercare guidance

9. Conduct & Behaviour

• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times
• Any inappropriate, abusive, or sexual behaviour will result in immediate termination of the appointment
• Full payment may still be required in such cases

10. Payments

• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or appointment (depending on service)
• We accept secure payments via approved providers
• Bare Rituals does not store full payment details

11. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable
• Must be used within the stated validity period
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

12. Liability

Bare Rituals will not be held liable for:

• Reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions
• Failure to follow aftercare advice
• Individual skin responses

Clients are responsible for ensuring treatments are suitable for them.

13. Privacy

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
